American Society of Women Accountants

The Des Moines Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants will be awarding a scholarship for the 2011-2012 school year. 

Applications for 2010-2011 school year have been accepted, and the deadline is past. 

Please look for applications related to the 2011-2012 school year Fall 2010.

The national ASWA Educational Foundation offers the following scholarships awarded May 2010:

>ASWA Member Scholarships

• Certification- To support the exam fees of ASWA members for any one of the following certifications:  CPA, CFP, CFE, CIA, CMA, or CVA.

• Becker Review- To provide registration for a Becker CPA Review.

• Yaeger Review- To provide registration for a Yaeger Review Course

• Kaplan Review– To provide registration for a Kaplan Review Course

>2- Year College Scholarships- For those attending Community, State or 2- Year Colleges and are pursing an associate accounting or finance degree.
